Step 1: Prepare the parts and assembly tools: PFA nut, PFA expansion joint body, PFA pipe, hot air gun, expansion tool
Step 2: Insert the PFA tube that needs to be flared into the PFA nut, open the hot air gun to the high temperature section, and then place the PFA tube above the hot air gun for continuous 360 ° rotation to ensure that the tube mouth is fully and evenly heated;
Step 3: After the PFA nozzle is heated, insert it into the expanding tool and wait for cooling;
Step 4: After the cooling of the PFA nozzle is completed, insert it into the body of the PFA expansion joint, tighten the PFA nut, and the installation is completed.
